Many managers know what they want to say but don’t know how to communicate their message clearly and effectively. 

A quarter of relationship problems in the corporate world are language related.

Misunderstandings, at worst, conflict, result in frustration, confusion and non effective performance.  Everybody loses. 

I develop key communication skills in;

  • Small talk, meetings, negotiations, telephoning, e mails and presentations.
  • Develop the ability to speak in a more indirect or direct way depending on the situation.
  • Develop key active listening and understanding skills.
  • Develop the language of influencing.
